Their fleet is amazing each vehicle was hand selected by someone who knows cars and what is hot. Truley the Prices can’t be beat, I am used to being able to negotiate, when I asked for $ off they said they could not do it. The manager showed me why and also showed me proof that at the listing price I was getting a far better deal than anything else out there on the market. They provide through information and offer virtual test drive so that you purchase the vehicle with confidence. They informed me of an inspection company that some customers hire to come inspect and test drive the vehicle but I declined I was concerned if there are issues documented before getting the warranty the issues may be considered preexisting and not be covered. I got a sweet deal on a B2B warranty with zero deductible from these guys, Fabian hooked it up. Being an out of state customer and purchasing the vehicle unseen is scary. Their staff was so warm and helpful, I felt more informed as a buyer from afar without seeing the vehicle than I would have been had I stopped in and test drove it and made my decision you end up more informed and confident then if you had been there in person. They don’t sell junk and they aren’t crooked. Honest fair people. What an amazing showroom.

First I’ll like to say that it was a great and smooth working with Specialty Motors (Specifically Ali, Fabian, Andrew, and one person I never got the name of). The process of picking said car and the buying of car was smooth. As I would recommend buying a car here especially if you know exactly what you are looking for. I bought a B8 Audi S5 from here and did the whole process online (I’m in Connecticut). Which again was smoother than I expected. The delivery process was smooth as well though the car was a little delayed coming out to me in Connecticut, but nothing major. That said the only nitpicks I have is that the car wasn’t running at 100% (was more like 90%) when it got to me, so I do recommend an extended warranty. Though this should be general used car buying knowledge. Also not the biggest fan of the registration process (mostly the plate process) they use as it felt more drawn out than it had to be. Overall, I came away surprisingly impressed with the process. Did I have some nitpicks, yes. But nothing that would or should discourage your business here. Hopefully this helps anyone looking for a real review and not a fluff review or an artificial negative review.
