Very pleased with vehicle purchase at Apple of Hanover. Joe Nagel made the car buying process easy. He provided thorough explanations and followed through on every item that we discussed. Joe made a punch list of items to review at my request and he ensured each item was fully addressed. Also important was the no sales pressure environment. Joe went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service before and after I made the purchase. I also worked with Matt Bardolf, the general manager of the dealership. He took the time to understand my car purchase priorities and found creative solutions to ensure that my expectations were exceeded. My purchase of a Honda certified vehicle felt like I was buying a brand new car. He even detailed my vehicle himself prior to delivery and arranged shuttle service to make the process as easy as possible. Matt and Joe earned a solid 5/5 stars. I will certainly be recommending the dealership to my friends and family in the future.
