Great experience. I was an out-of-state buyer and Tom / Alex took great care of me. Car was priced at fair market value from the get-go. The car was waiting for me when I arrived and I was allowed to take it for a spin, no hassle. Alex made the actual purchase very simple. Drove the car 800 miles home in one day - zero issues, ran great. I had an independent shop do an inspection post sale, and the car was in good condition. Alex worked with me on one maintenance item after the sale, which is pretty refreshing to have a car dealership care about you after a sale has already been made. Keep in mind that these are used cars at fair market value - buyer has some responsibility to do research and resolve potential issues.

Our daughter Hanna has been searching the internet for cars for the last couple months. She found her Volkswagen and my husband stopped after work for a test drive. He said the car was super clean and Alex and his dad were great guys. Very honest about everything. My husband was in communication with them all week. Even when Dave was sick and in bed! Hanna got her loan and we drove the hour and a half to buy her car! She absolutely loves it. It was a very smooth process for buying her own car for the first time!!
