I can't say enough good things about the incredible service we received at Twin Motors in Charlotte. The two gentlemen who assisted us went above and beyond to ensure my daughter’s first car was perfect. They were incredibly polite and reassuring throughout the process, conducting a thorough inspection of the vehicle before we made our purchase. We encountered one minor issue, and they promptly fixed it without hesitation. If you're in the market for a used car in the area, I highly recommend Twin Motors. Working with these guys has been a pleasure. I got a car from them when I was really desperate and they were able to work with me and get me something I could actually afford. I was able to pay it off in a year with no interest and it has had some issues but no more than one should expect out of a car the age and mileage I got, so I knew what I was getting into. The only complaint I could possibly have is that it is hard to get a reply to calls and texts in a timely manner or to determine if they'll actually be at the office on any given day because they stay so busy, but with improvement in that area I would absolutely recommend anyone (who has reasonable expectations of used cars) to do business with them. I have never worked with car salesmen who treat you more like a family member than a customer to try to scalp or screw over. They have good character and it shows ????
