We needed another vehicle with a new driver coming up in our household, so I started narrowing it down in January. I wanted to test drive some options and Jackson was excellent, and patient! It took about 3 mos to complete a purchase since we kept wavering on models, etc. In addition to his patience, he was not pushy at all. He checked in with me every so often to see how the search was going. I was hopeful that they’d get something in stock (we were focused a specific used model by that point) that would fit our needs since I wanted to buy from him if possible! In April that happened. He went to bat for me negotiating an already good price on a 22 Kona and it wasn’t too painful. Jack Stevens also helped (Jackson was not available the day we made the purchase) to complete the deal and was fantastic as well. He answered all our questions even though it took a few days to pick up the vehicle (due to it just arriving, needed a couple of things done to it. I received a loaner till that happened). Tyler in finance was also excellent. No nonsense, thorough, good sense of humor – I appreciate that! Overall, I’m super happy with how I was treated there and would definitely consider Crossroads Hyundai for our next purchase. Jackson and Jack S are valuable employees. Now I’m hopeful that the service department can do just as well. Please impress me.
