Zach was able to pre-approve us for no money down before even heading up to the dealership! Once we got there we test drove a couple of cars. Jeff Massey was great to work with. Their facility was comfortable and nice, and my son had a place to play for the duration of the quick process. The car was at a great price, so I put down a holding deposit while we took care of the financing. All around, a very easy experience, and most importantly, any fees were plainly laid out, so I didn’t feel there was any they were trying to hide from me. Only thing, the detailing group could be a bit more “detailed”, but it was clean. I’ll post some pictures of the car after I got it home and detailed it over.
They took their time to make sure I was well taken care of. Dane and Kelly were very helpful and explained with detail everything I needed to know about the vehicle I purchased. Worth the time, quality vehicles and good service. Will come back to purchase another car for my wife.
