A 10 star review would not do Eduardo and E Auto justice! I highly recommend!!!! The owner, Eduardo He has substantial expertise, integrity and cares about his customers even after the sale when it’s not required of him. I purchased a used vehicle from Eduardo at E Auto approximately 6 months ago. To date, he’s been there for support even after the sale! I recently had a check engine light come on in the vehicle I purchased from Eduardo. Unbeknownst to me, I took the vehicle to an unscrupulous and dishonest auto repair shop for a diagnosis who provided me with falsely informed me that the vehicle had blown head gaskets, along with a whole host of other issues amounting to a price tag of over $6000.00! Upon learning about this, Eduardo immediately reached out to me to learn more about the supposed issues that I was having with my vehicle. He educated me about the potential of being scammed as a single woman who possesses absolutely no automotive expertise and urged me to seek a second opinion from a reputable automotive repair shop that he recommended. He even paid for that second diagnosis because he was confident what he sold me was solid. Boy am I glad he did!!! He referred me to Meineke auto repair shop, who is reputable and honest. Come to find out the first auto repair shop was attempting to scam me. None of the issues that the first auto repair shop existed with my vehicle! Again, I would highly recommend Eduardo and E Auto. He possesses substantial automotive expertise and he cares about his customers and the sale, even after the sale! No other automotive dealer does that!!!
The owner is extremely knowledgeable and has always been very upfront with any known issues. He recommends that you check out and test drive any of the vehicles and gave the freedom to take the vehical to get checked out by any mechanic! Able to work the best deal possible to help not break the bank. Extremely kind and can definitely tell their heart is in the business. I can guarantee he gives you every possibility to make sure you are getting exactly what you paid for. And has extensive knowledge about the car to match your needs. Would highly recommend!!!
