Responsive, No Pressure, Transparent, EV Tax Incentive Eligible Dealer, Knowledgeable about Used Tesla’s Since the first of the 2024 year I inquired about a used Tesla Model 3, that was tax incentive eligible. This dealer was very knowledgeable about how the Incentive worked. Our first deal fell through from a small technical detail about how the incentive works, but a week later I got a call that another car that matched my criteria was in their lot, and that I can have first dibs before It was posted online. Was able to get a purchase agreement emailed so I could arrive with my bank check in hand, and drive off the lot same day if I liked the car! I was even directed to all the flaws the car had like a chip in the windshield and a scratch in aftermarket tint. If you are looking for the $4000 EV tax incentive upfront when purchasing the car, I highly would recommend taking a look at a car on their lot and familiarize yourself with the process. Not once did I feel pressured, was a CarMax like shopping experience at a smaller dealer. Rather than trying to upsell me on a car, I was even directed towards a cheaper model! Had multiple late night responses and communication to be able to arrange an appointment. Already added 1900 miles to the car and have owned it two months with no issues. Sounds Cheesy but their name really does suit their style of operation.

The model x 100D that i bought is an absolute gem. Ed is very knowledgeable on EV cars especially Tesla. I will buy a used Tesla again from Above and Beyond Auto.
