I don't even know where to begin. GREAT experience. I had been looking for a car for a few weeks, and didn't have much luck at other dealerships. They didn't consider my husband and I a priority, maybe because we are young. The second I called Audi to see a specific car, Ben made sure to reserve it so I could test drive it. The car was ready to go, tank full, clean, and warmed up. We had some questions and Ben got Shane from service to answer all of them. Maher also made this experience go smoothly! Never felt rushed, never felt pressured, it was a very transparent and easy process, with a really nice and professional team!
Wife and I worked with Duncan to purchase a 2025 SQ5 for my wife. He was professional and courteous. We had driven over from NW Arkansas for some things and just wanted to stop by and check out the SQ5 late in the day as we were leaving Tulsa. He never pressured us and was respectful of the fact we told him we were just looking and not ready to buy anything that day. We were ready to purchase a few months later and made sure we got a hold of Duncan again and he was equally courteous and accommodating. Very good experience. We plan to work with Audi Tulsa (and hopefully Duncan) in the future. Couldn't have been happier with the entire process.
