Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out, but still no loaner cars available. This service appointment was 3 months after they last fixed it that cost @ $7900! Malachi was great getting me to work safely. My service advisor is also great. Karen checked in and listened to my gripes. They did finish the same day. * I would recommend upgrading the snack area. You need more than water and coffee.
Victoria was such an awesome person to deal with 100% recommend doing business with!! Her and the buying team reached out to me for my truck that I had for sale and made the process as easy as dropping the keys off. Very easy negotiation, paperwork was all set up and organized; I felt warm and welcomed as soon as I stepped in the door!
Love the dealership. Parking is a problem. They took 5 days to do the job, instead of two. The wrong part was ordered. No loaner. But the dealership is great. The job turned out excellent. Would go back.
