I purchased a used 2017 Model S 100D, in mid. February 2024 and had a great experience. I dealt with Zed, he was super easy to work with and answered all my questions. I loved the no hassle process. Being a busy person who works very long hours and trying to find something on short notice during the madness of the busy holiday season, I stumbled upon iDeal Motors during my online search late at night. I sent a message inquiring about a Tesla Model X. The response time was quick and my experience was absolutely awesome from the very first text to when my car showed up on my driveway. Working with Zed only via text and making a big purchase sight unseen (other than via pictures), I found Zed to be honest, upfront, and on top of everything! I don't have a lot of time so the speedy communication when I had questions and the entire process was like a dream. He was efficient but not pushy. We finished the purchase paperwork early in the morning and Zed hopped right on to getting my car arranged for transport. Having spoken to some other dealers, I was prepared to wait up to a week before I could see my car delivered but to my surprise, it showed up the next day afternoon (they are located in SoCal and I am in NoCal). ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and in perfect time for a special Xmas gift to myself I guess. THANKS AGAIN ZED! If anyone is in the market for a Tesla, give these guys a try.
