RB's text responses were quick and I was given a pleasant car buying experience. I was able to test drive the vehicle and check for rust underneath. Even though it had a few cosmetic issues inside RB volunteered to order and replace the parts to make the vehicle how I want it. The paperwork was all ready after the test drive, I paid my money and the transaction was complete. RB's assistance was adorable (his daughter) she would retrieve the paperwork off the printer. Love it!! This experience was truly stress free. I would definitely buy and recommend Pioneer Auto. I know when you drive up it looks like a typical used car dealer at the side of the road but RB really cares about taking care of his customers, the conversations we had were good and I felt at ease. Last note: My daughter loves her 09 Honda Element (Blue).

I can't say enough about the friendly and outstanding service that I received from Pioneer Auto. Super great deal on an absolutely beautiful vehicle, I highly recommend them if you want honesty and fairness when buying a vehicle.
