Great experience buying a used car at Chicago Carmaster. Shafi is a great communicator and went above and beyond. He went out of his way to make things easy for me. Very transparent and straightforward throughout the process; even though there were a couple minor issues with the car, he pointed them out from the start rather than trying to hide them and hoping I wouldn't notice. He also seemed very knowledgeable about his inventory and was willing to answer any and every question I could come up with. I would buy a car from here again.
