2017 Tesla Model X 75D

I’ve bought a few cars out of state and it’s always a bit of a risk not being able to see in person or test drive, so I always rely on good reviews. With an average of 4.7, it was a really good indication I was in good hands. My sales person, Kenia was excellent in communication and taking care of the deal from the purchase to shipping. I absolutely love my 2014 Land Rover LR4. It had low miles for the year and is in excellent shape inside and out. Another thing I appreciated was that Kenia told me about, and sent detailed pictures of some very minor, normal wear and tear before I even asked. That was another thing that gave me confidence, this dealership was top notch especially since I was buying without seeing in person or driving it first. I’ve asked the question before at others dealers, and it wasn’t exactly accurate, so I really appreciated that. Another thing I really appreciated was a call from the service department. The car had a very minor leak from a rubber hose. The technician went out of his way to call, tell me about the issue and that he’d make sure it was fixed before shipping. It was just another reassurance that I was dealing with a very well managed dealership. Communication between Kenia and I was great, always a very quick response texting or calling, even on her days off. I would absolutely buy from Radical Auto again. I highly recommend Radical and especially the service of Kenia and Asly! They did an amazing job helping us with our purchase. We financed with our bank and that process was a bit longer, but Kenia made sure to assure us throughout the whole process.
