2017 Tesla Model X 90D

I searched around a number of dealers in the area for a lightly used 2022 BMW X5 PHEV (very hard to find) and without fail, every single dealer either tried to pack the sale with garbage fees or in one case, tried to sneak past an accident on the carfax. These were the "reputable" dealers with fancy coffee machines, free breakfast and cavernous showrooms. I have news for you - all those free drinks and fancy buildings do in fact, cost money - your money! In contrast, Used Car Factory is not spending their money on a latte bars and passes on those savings in the form of fair pricing. When it came time to make the deal, Carlos was extremely knowledgeable of the process and offered a competitive price without haggling, hidden fees or any of the other monkey business that usually makes buying a car a miserable experience. It was a pleasure to work Christian and Carlos and would definitely buy another car from them. If these guys aren't careful, they are going to give used car salesmen a good name!

After a lot of searching and running into several dealerships who were presenting a lot of promises with little follow through, junk fees, and hidden accident reports, met with Carlos at UCF and he put me in a barely driven silver BMW X3 350i for a price that was more than fair. The car isn't perfect, no older model will be, but having just gone over the condition of the car with my brother (who is a mechanic for Hendrix BMW in North Carolina) he said that, aside from a few minor blemishes on the interior and an aftermarket headlight "upgrade" from the prior owner (Carlos was very open about all of this), what I had was one of the best specimens he'd seen off their own lot and with less mileage and a very consistent dealership maintenance history to boot. I highly recommend talking to Carlos if you need a new vehicle and want to work with someone who is as open about the flaws as with the advantages of any given vehicle and will entertain a reasonable offer to get you into the right vehicle to fit your needs.

I bought a 2015 GMC Denali Yukon XL from Carlos and he did a great job he took care of us very fast and professionally. There was an issue with the door lock and he had his awesome mechanic fix it for us. Definitely recommend buying from him. Great prices on great vehicles.
