Yesterday (9/16/24), on my way home from a weekend trip, my Volvo XC90's TPMS went off indicating a lower tire pressure. Seeing that I was close to Delaney, and not looking forward to finishing my trip on a donut, or spending an hour waiting for a tow, I detoured there to have it checked out. Upon arrival, I was directed by the very pleasant receptionist to the service department. I was greeted by the Service Manager and advised him of the issue. I did not have an appointment, and you could tell they were busy. However, taking into account that we were from out of town, he had his mechanic, Erik, pull the car in immediately for a tire check. All pressures were then checked, the offending tire was leak checked (no leak!) and the TPMS was reset. To top it off, they washed the car! They got us back on our way in under 10 minutes. Truly outstanding customer service. 10 Stars. Thanks, Delaney Volvo

This is my first service visit to Delaney Volve. I purchased this vehicle used, but it was bought a Delaney, so I took it there for service. They were extremely obliging and courteous, constantly touching base with me to keep me updated on the status. I was very impressed, plus i thought they were fair with the pricing.
