Stopped by Texans Auto Group because I saw a truck online that I was interested in. When I got there, I was greeted by John who was extremely friendly and professional. He gave me some information about the truck, about warrantees, and about financing etc. I never got the feeling that I was being pushed or rushed to purchase the truck. After looking at a few other vehicles, and doing some more research, I ended up going back and buying the truck. Overall, it was a great experience, John and Jerry were both very friendly and accommodating. If you’re in the market, and in the Houston area, I would definitely pay them a visit.
John is great!! I went in to get a new car with my dad, and he was so helpful through the entire process. He was also super friendly with both of us. I ended up getting a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan in pretty decent shape with good pricing. There was a small issue with the car after I left the lot and he was very helpful with finding a solution for me. Thanks John!
Been meaning to write this for a week now but been busy. Went down to look at a 2017 Camaro SS that was 5K below market value. John Dennett helped me out and made the experience easy. Now let me be clear, the car wasn't perfect and no used car will be, but John was very upfront about the condition of the car, knew what other models of similar mileage and condition were worth, and helped me to get financing (despite my credit still recovering from student loans). He even let me take the car up to a mechanic I trusted to have them do a diagnostic to make sure everything was functional before I bought it. I've bought many used cars before and most places only care about making money. John made sure I was taken care of and I had all the information I needed to make a confident purchase. Since I bought the car I've done about 1K of minor repairs and maintenue (as you should with any used car) and am very happy with the driving experience.
