I was recently in a car accident and my poor old Versa was totalled. Thankfully the other insurance assumed liability for the damage and I was paid out for my old car. That being said, my credit is in no shape currently to be buying a new vehicle. After much stress and searching, my girlfriend found a very good deal on a 2024 Nissan Kicks at Dublin Nissan.I spoke with Billy over the phone and he helped me understand everything to bring and helped ease my worries. Upon arriving at the dealership, Billy really worked to get to know us and to make us feel welcomed during this very stressful process. In the end, he worked hard to help us understand all the ins and outs of the loan, and worked to get us the best deal. Phillip(who was in charge of financing) went over every detail to fully help us understand( we have never bought a car before so I feel like with that part alone we learned a great deal) the entire financing process and what the warranties covered etc. In the end they even cleaned the vehicle and made sure the gas tank was full for us, as well as gave us suggestions on where to go eat before we made the long trek home to San Francisco. I can’t thank them enough, they helped me get the car of my dreams and were open and honest and not sneaky or shady or trying to get me to buy extra packages etc. Thank you Dublin Nissan! ????

Service dept here is in good hands. My scheduled service began with an easily scheduled apt for a Friday at 3:30. I arrived early and met Zach. He shook my hand and was very cordial and polite. He listened to every detail including my exaggerated description of my fraying seat belt with concern and promptly offered a solution. Unbelievably the car’s oil change was complete by the time I was shuttled home and scheduled to return. I was offered a service coupon which did add to my wallet’s happy face. Vivian was pleasant and efficient. I have had my car serviced there before, and this particularly friendly and efficient appointment prompts me to decide that I will return in the future. Thanks Zack! Did I mention the car was washed And vacuumed as part of the service apt and my frayed seat belt is under warranty. Grateful for a reputable company that builds EVs too!
