Kavita was and extremely helpful sales person. From the moment we entered the store, she walked us through until the very end assisting us, and filling our paperwork out, calling the insurance company together and helping us get the best rates. She shared a sweet sense of humor that I truly appreciated, along with her kind smile and vast knowledge on the vehicle she chose for us. My mother and I could not be more thankful for the help that we received today. Definitely a five star experience and a pleasure working with Kavita!

This is the 5th car I have purchased from Masters and the experience keeps getting better and better. I was lucky enough to work with Latrail Levy. Don’t let Latrail’s youthful looks fool you. He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about every car in the lot. He didn’t pressure me at all and when I narrowed it down to a few cars he helped steer me in the right direction. My dilemna was do I go luxury vs. Speed… Well speed won and I purchased a nice BMW 5-series sports model. I am loving the car and definitely made the right decision. Master’s is the way to get a luxury car of your dreams at a reasonable price. The staff at Masters, and especially Latrail, will make things easy for you. The car was great, but for me, Latrail and the personal guidance along the way, is what sold me on the car.
