I had my car towed to you because the brakes seized up. My service rep was Adam Kearney. He was extremely professional. He guided me through the process of getting my car checked out, provided me an estimate, and had repairs done. He was very attentive and immediately answered any questions I had, even after hours! We had a great experience from beginning to end, I saw the car online called to make sure the car was still available, spoke to our salesman Dennis and he was very helpful, he put it aside for us and sent us a video of the car that he took himself the day I called. James from the processing department was great as well, I made a mistake in my application and he was very helpful. We also had to go back because the car needed a couple of things to get to done and they took great care of the car, Dave the manager was the best and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase, Great team all around and will definitely come back if I need a car in the future.

Went to buy a cheap, used car, as is, no warranty. Told at signing with cash that car wouldn't be ready due to small issue. Frustrated at first, then realized they could've just waved goodbye knowing about the issue...to me this means they actually do fully inspect each and every car to get it to their quality standard. Waited 2 days. Worth the wait and will return next time a kiddo needs a good cheap used car. Earned trust!
