So refreshing to actually receive real customer service in today’s world!! My visit to Pierre Ford of Seattle was outstanding. I initially went in just to look at Ford Escapes, but thanks to the exceptional service, I ended up choosing a 2023 model. Porter, the salesman who assisted me, was a great help. He was quick to answer all my questions, showing extensive knowledge and a friendly demeanor.The manager, Karl, also played a crucial role in my positive experience. He worked diligently to ensure I got a fantastic deal, demonstrating a genuine commitment to my satisfaction.Even though I had planned to see a different salesman, Porter's expertise made my visit seamless and rewarding. Called and was able to get an appointment right away, whereas other dealers were weeks away. Great working with Paul as my Service Advisor. He kept me informed on how things were going with the work being done on my truck.

Paul was an excellent service advisor and was very helpful in explaining what was found during the diagnostics, what work needed to be done, and the costs. I also greatly liked the pickup / drop off service. It's such a hassle to have to deal with trying to drop off the car myself during my working hours and figuring out a ride back when I don't have my car, etc. so it was was so nice to have them be able to come by and just get my keys and take my car themselves. I will definitely be using that service again!
