2023 BMW XM -

One word “Seamless”. My sales person was Wayne Matsinger. The deal took 5 mins to close as I know the pricing I needed on the car and my trade. Wayne got it done and was fantastic at the dealership. I drove over two hours and wasn’t disappointed at all.

I recently purchased my first BMW. The moment I got there I felt at home. It was such a nice experience. Scott Gately helped me through the entire process, and honestly, I had my reservations at first due to previous visit to another BMW dealership. My experience with Scott greatly surpassed my expectations! The day I went to pick up my car was such a surprise for me, and obviously, I have that on video. It was great. Not only did he do a great job, a month after the purchase he is supporting me answering questions, emails and texts. Last week I needed to get the car serviced and he arranged everything. The service department did an impressive job as well. Caroline Combs was my service contact person. She emailed me with updates and helped me through the process.
