I love the customer service here. Their used lot is severely underrated. I found them on CarGurus. I went in for another car. I fell in love with it on the test drive. I couldn’t get it financed. I left very sad. Later that day Chase, the salesman I was working with called back with this jeep. The numbers lined up and by the time I got back all of the paperwork was finished. They filled it up and detailed it for me. I’m extremely happy. They never gave up on me, even with my terrible credit. The next time I go back I’ll be going to the new side of the lot. I have had the greatest pleasure of meeting some of the nicest people in the business at Mercedes Benz of McKinney. As a first time buyer i was very confused and also a bit nervous about all the process that is involved in buying a car. But Gabi Bakaraji and Glen made me feel very comfortable and heard at the same time. They never rushed me, heard all of my constraints carefully. It was so nice to meet people who have such nice stories to tell and a great sense of humor. From the very beginning they understood what I wanted in my first car and my budget and put in all their effort into getting me something that I could evaluate and made my visit worthwhile (considering i travelled an hour to visit). They stayed up an hour beyond their closing time to make me feel good about the deal explained each and every aspect not once but twice so that I could register everything before I leave the premises. One thing that stuck with me was the story of Gabi and his resilience. It inspired me a lot and the upfront nature of Glen was remarkable.
