2023 BMW XM -

What can I say about Fields BMW. I am not getting paid for my review but since I purchased my 2023 530I it’s been nothing but a great experience. The staff from the lady at the entrance to the sales person after delivery and the entire parts and service department are awesome. Not to mention the ladies who keep the Java and snacks to include freshly cooked breakfast are awesome. The service advisor was amazing and kept me informed at all times. The person at the garage and it’s sad that I can’t remember his name is always very happy and informative. He always pays attention to my furry pet Sam. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that likes quality service during and after the sale

Fields South Orlando is awesome! Ask for Motaz. I completed a purchase of a used BMW X2 online and had the deal done within one day. There were no hidden fees and Mo really made the process seamless. As someone who doesn’t like haggling at dealerships, I searched for a long time for a good deal. I sent an interest e-mail late at night and was called promptly the next morning. I was put into contact with Mo(who I cannot stop saying is awesome!) and we handled everything online. I went into the dealership to sign the paperwork. The car was ready for me with the license plate on, in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend you research what car you want and go in with your vehicle in mind, the deal will get done.

Drove down to Orlando from New Jersey for Bimmer-Invasion and as soon as I arrived my car threw a check engine light with a misfire code. I immediately called Fields BMW. They took the car in Friday morning and had me back up and running by Friday afternoon, the day before the car would be in the VIP showcase. I always rave about BMW service but Fields took it up a notch. They even called an uber to take and pickup my daughter for a mani/pedi while we waited!
