Just purchased my first electric car from Chapman Chandler! Steve Burgess was my Internet salesman and he made the process so easy! He gave me every quote I asked for and there were many, plus he helped me find the exact car I was looking for! I didn’t have to come in and haggle on price, we did all of that off site! I’m very busy so his help was exactly what I was looking for!! He was extremely professional and never made me feel like I was just a female that wasn’t going to buy a car!! Plus I loved that he was a retired law enforcement officer because i wanted to support him too! I give my Chapman experience 5 stars because of Steve and if you’re looking for an electric vehicle, he sure knows a lot about them!! Chapman BMW excelled again! I purchased a 2024 840 in July and had a great experience. I have a 2020 M850 that was purchased elsewhere and decided to have it serviced at this dealer based on my great purchase experience. I recently received my vehicle back after being repaired from an accident and scheduled an appointment. I was assigned to Tony as my service advisor. I asked for an inspection just to make sure everything was okay on the car. He went above and beyond! Not only did I receive a video of their findings, but he was proactive in communicating it to my technician at the collision center to ensure it gets taken care of. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT experiences with Chapman and BMW. Thank you, Tony!

I want to thank Ladell Player and the Chapman BMW Service Team for helping us get our 2017 X6's original 7 year old batteries changed out with a moments notice. With the holidays coming next week we wanted to ensure there were no unexpected disruptions with a dead battery. Chapman had an available loaner vehicle, which I used to finish my Christmas shopping and hit a bucket of balls at the nearby indoor range.
