He’s super helpful, responsive, and makes sure to take the time to address all concerns. I had a few small things on the 2018 M5 I just purchased, and Keith addressed all of my nitpicks with professionalism and precision. I love this dealer, and aside from it being a beautiful and clean building (inside and out), they employ some amazing people.
