My sales person David Friend was great! He was responsive and never left me hanging with my questions. Never felt any pressure to buy. Marybeth made it painless with everything via docusign. I was in and out with a new an amazing deal on a car with great features under market price! Way better customer service and buying experience than Fort Washington in my opinion.

I was searching for a very particular combination of options on a new X5 and thus was working with a number of dealers in different states. My salesman Michael recognized I was a serious buyer and expertly cut to the chase to give me what I needed to make an informed decision. There was a sticking point in the negotiation around the interest rate, and while the dealership couldn’t offer me the rate I wanted, they gave me more on my trade to offset the difference. We closed the deal on the phone and drove up the next day to pick up the car. Michael, Johnathan and the entire staff made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed the experience.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at BMW on the mainline in Bala Cynwyd. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars. Here is why, I had a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Lou Whitener. Not only was she extremely genuine and patient but also a true professional. I did not walk in to BMW with the intent on leaving there with a new vehicle, but the more time that I spent talking to Lou about my situation at that time the more inclined I became. Lou was very knowledgeable and did not rush me to make a decision. Her approach is quite relaxing and there was no pressure from her at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Lou to get that deal. She found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that, so she sit down at the computer and help me build my brand new X4. Not only did I get to leave BMW with a brand new BMW X4 330i, but I also left with my dignity still in tact and the ability to be satisfied with my pricing. Thank you Lou! Thanks also go out to the finance department and Dominic Woolley for assistance the next day and for staying true to his word.
