I had a wonderful experience with the team at Hennessy Cadillac. We bought a used vehicle from them and were helped by a very kind man named James. We even got locked out of our own vehicle and the service department helped us get access to it. I heard some scraping under the car and they were kind enough to check it out and fix the small issue in 30 minutes. I highly recommend them for your business, 5 stars is not enough. Hennessy Cadillac is by far the best experience I have had ever in buying a vehicle. This is actually my second Cadillac I have purchased from them and I have nothing but great things to say! From the sales department to service it has been nothing short of amazing. I am not easily impressed but everyone I ever encounter at this dealership handles me with care and respect. Entering a dealership as a single woman could be intimidating but not here! Terrance and management went above and beyond to make sure I leave happy every time. I pay attention to how others are treated and I will say I haven’t seen anyone actually upset even in the service department. The concierge level service of greeting me opening doors all things I expect from Cadillac are given every single time. It is always neat and clean on the premises. And most importantly my deals are fair and respectful. Desmond is usually my service guy and he is absolutely always honest and makes sure I am kept up to date with any thing my truck needs without feeling pressured to buy or upsale anything to me. Even once sending someone to pick up a key for my truck when the other one didn’t work. I went to another dealer recently and found a truck I really liked and test drove that I could have purchased but didn’t because honestly I didn’t get the same concierge service from that Lexus dealership. Hennessy and Terrance made sure all my experiences were top tier. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have had good and bad experiences on every level but Hennessy has not disappointed me one time. Check them out ask for Terrance in sales and Desmond in service and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Such a fantastic car buying experience. I really enjoyed buying a car from Reggie. He was just a kind man, listened to our needs and made sure they were met. I feel like we got a very fair deal and great car for our family. Everyone that helped in the deal were great, Chris, Sean, Virgil, and Destiny.
