I recently completed my purchase of a 2019 GMC Sierra elevation pick up truck at Toyota of Batavia and my experience with this dealership was nothing short of incredible! It all started with my sales representative, Sharon, who not only had the knowledge and expertise on the vehicle but also has a great no pressure approach to the buying process, making buying a car seem less and enjoyable for once. The parts department was key in ordering a few new things the truck needed in order to complete the sale and the service department was amazing as well. Service completed final detailing work on the vehicle after the sale, which normally takes a few days, in about a day and a half, as we requested because we were going out of town. And they did not sacrifice quality in any way shape or form. They worked harder. Paid attention to detail and got the job done like the professionals that they are. I can appreciate this attention to detail and hard work as i am a local law enforcement professional in my community and use similar skills and integrity in my own profession. I love Toyota of Batavia. The staff is very personable and helpful. During this visit the manager, Arnold, went out of his way to help me with my tire purchase. I have consistently received wonderful attention and help from everyone.

Sharon is the best. I went in for a test drive that was very smooth. When walking in, I was greeted by a guy with a bubbly personality. Sharon provided great information on the vehicles I was interested in and the electric side of the new bz series. As a former Toyota graduate they are very experienced and know exactly what they’re talking about, not just trying to sell a vehicle. They also weigh the options so you get the perfect vehicle for yourself. It has been a great experience.
