2021 BMW X4 M -

I just leased a 4Runner from Laura Kidd, and have to say it was an absolutely excellent experience! She answered all of my questions, was patient when I wanted to test drive a few different vehicles, and was able to find a vehicle that fit the features I wanted into my budget. It was nice to walk into a car dealer and be nicely greeted, rather than swarmed by sales people. Nobody was pushy, including the finance guy who was honest and knowledgeable.

They have a very friendly staff, managers are not too pushy and only came when it was time to negotiate. Steve is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. Service is alright. No one like to hear those repair quotes but they get the job done and surprisingly quick. Had my Camry die on me on the road and they had it up in running in a day. Overall very pleased with my experience at Galaxy Toyota and will be coming back for my next car
