I was on vacation and ended up breaking my leg and in the process ripped the door handle off my father in law’s Sierra. Now, I’m in the business and manage a GMC dealership down near Chicago. So I called my parts department and got the part number, then called Dondelinger’s parts department to see if they had the part. Unfortunately they didn’t, but they got one expedited for me. I would normally install it myself but with a broken leg and none of my tools, I took a chance and called the bodyshop the day my handle arrived. They were able to sneak me in an a few hours notice and had the handle on and the vehicle back to me faster than I could have done it myself. Being in the business I appreciate when someone, or in this case, a group of people go above and beyond to help out a stranger in a time of need. Great job.

My car was making a disturbing scraping sound on a recent visit to Bemidji. I worried that it wasn’t safe to drive. Not having a regular mechanic in the area, I went to Dondelingers and was helped on the spot. They confirmed that my car was not safe to drive and remedied the issue at a reasonable price. Their kindness and expertise provided me peace of mind and safe travel back home. Thank you for helping me!!!

My husband and I were in the area for the week fishing. We were potentially looking to change vehicles in the future. We let the dealership know we weren’t planning on purchasing as we live several hours away. We were approached as we walked in by a sales person, Corey Booker. We were and are sooooo blessed by this experience! Corey provided us the ability to look at and check out a vehicle we are interested in looking into further. We wish we lived closer to provide them business in this future purchase! Thank you for this great experience on a rainy day!
