My husband and I had the most outstanding experience. ?? We have both each individually purchased cars from several dealerships and never had an actual AMAZING experience before. Chris was the salesman. He was kind and so informative when it came to all the extras that come along with the deal, showing us the safety features video, and setting our Subaru app up. The finance manager worked us out an incredible deal. And the special offer of 2.99% interest was phenomenal and it’s pretty much entirely unheard of these days. Jason was awesome… super patient with me, showed me cars and was honest about their value. Also sat with me for about 45 minutes and showed me every feature of the car that I would need to know even going so far as to help me set up my home screen and work out any troubleshooting with Siri that had to be done. I purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek a couple years ago at Northtown. Kevin was my salesman Last Saturday I was in an accident and on Tuesday I found out it was a total loss. I called Northtown and they made an appointment at my convenience on Wednesday morning. I told Kevin what my budget was,. He found me an appropriate vehicle and I was out of there in a couple hours. I had a doctor appointment that I needed to make and they made that happen. Today Kevin delivered my car to me with all the paperwork I needed to sign and I couldn’t be happier. This accident is a trauma, and I have had what I would call stages of grief and the worst, of course is my personal injuries. But losing your vehicle is very hard. I still hurt, but my mood is lightened tremendously because I now know that I have another safe vehicle. It’s so close to what I had before with a few upgrades that it’s not going to have a big adjustment. That is what I was looking for. Thank you, Northtown Subaru!
