The entire team was awesome! Joe Living was my guy during my visit, and Cullen in finance. These guys are the real deal! They enjoy what they do, and it shows. I’m going to be brutally honest here and say that nearly a decade ago I had such a negative experience car shopping at Riverside that it turned me away from car dealers all together. Since then I have only purchased cars online to avoid dealing with pushy, manipulative salespeople. If you know me personally, you know that I do my research and when I make up my mind there is no changing it. I fully intended to purchase a vehicle online and wanted to test drive it first so I stopped by Riverside. Thankfully Nick S. joined me on my test drive and he quickly earned my trust and respect. He was honest, he was kind, he was patient, and best of all he was not pushy. It was also abundantly clear how much he genuinely loved the brand he was selling me and believes in the quality of the vehicles he sells. To my surprise the price on the car I was planning to purchase was lower than the website I was going to purchase from. The price was extremely fair and I didn’t have to do any price negotiating like I was dreading I would have to do to get a fair price. I kept holding my breath waiting for hidden fees or issues to pop up, however things only continued to go smoothly and positively. I put in a lot of time researching and shopping for the best financing options and when Nick offered to have Cullen help me with financing, I again was a bit skeptical. I was completely blown away when Cullen was able to quickly secure me a lower interest rate than anything I had been able to find on my own. Just like Nick, Cullen was also wonderful to work with. He too was patient, happy to answer all of my questions, very honest, made suggestions and offers without being pushy, and in the end I walked away a very happy customer. I didn’t have to negotiate anything because the price was better than what I was planning to pay. There were no hidden fees or unexpected problems. Everyone was genuine, honest, and respectful. I never once felt as though I was being talked into anything and in the end they earned me as a customer because of it. Don’t let the bad apples from long ago keep you from working with this wonderful team at Riverside. This was the most positive and smooth car buying experience I have ever had. I sincerely cannot recommend Nick and Cullen enough!
