I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, and the process and staff at Baldwin were outstanding. Everyone was honest and straightforward— no high pressure tactics. When I decided to trade up and get a newer car, I wasn't expecting to find a deal that really suited me as a buyer. However, my experience at Baldwin Subaru, particularly with David and Cody, exceeded my expectations. They took excellent care of me and were completely transparent throughout the process. I also came in well-prepared with my own research, I never felt pressured or exploited. I can genuinely say that I received a fair deal. I had the pleasure of working with not one but two fantastic salesmen! Tyler and Alex were so incredibly informative, patient and friendly. I never once felt pressured to move forward with a purchase until I was ready and I loved that approach. Every single person we spoke to within Baldwin Subaru was extremely professional and kind. This experience has set Baldwin Subaru apart from any other dealership I had visited. Cody and William are also fantastic sales managers- very helpful in making sure we got the deal done!! Even after I purchased my car, I continued to receive wonderful customer service with phone calls checking in on how I liked my new car, if I needed help just stop in and even had someone come to my house to help me learn more features! How cool is that?! Definitely the best car buying process I have ever had by far! Top knotch!!
