Alex from Volvo Hill Country is the reason I have a Volvo XC90 (and love it)! He is hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with. So often you will go to a dealership and feel pressured or be made uncomfortable into being sold a car. Alex is the far opposite of this persona - he truly was there to help me make my decision and be an advisor (he cared about how everything turned out for me). And boy did he help me make my decision - he is extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo line and told us everything we needed to know about our car. Not only was Alex great, but so was the entire team. It was truly the easiest purchasing decision and purchasing process I have been through for a car. I just completed the purchase of a 2024 Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars Hill Country, and had such a great experience! I’d decided to visit them first, based on the interaction I had when calling the dealership to see about test driving a couple of models. The young man who works at reception was SO friendly on the phone. I quickly received a text message from Tanner, and was impressed from the very beginning. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and put zero pressure on me. I wanted to do more research before making a decision and he gave me all the time and space I needed. Once I was ready to start the purchase process, he helped me do most of the steps from home, including valuing my trade in. I was able to get through the final, in-person steps so quickly. The finance manager - Eric - had everything ready to go! He was also super nice and helpful. The young lady in the Parts department was also helpful. I know that a certain level of service and professionalism is expected from a Volvo dealership, but I really do feel they exceed expectations. If you’re in the market for a Volvo, it’s worth the few extra minutes to drive out to the dealership. It’s a beautiful, calm space. Ask for Tanner! :-)

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Recently purchased a Volvo xc90 and had the most AMAZING experience at Volvo Hill Country. Alex was the best sales associate I have ever worked with. We went to look at a Tahoe right after seeing the xc90 to compare vehicle sizes, and decided to go back to Volvo just because of the exceptional experience we had with Alex -- and the not so great experience we had at another dealership. Everything was very smooth and transparent. No hidden/random fees. Financing was also very fast and smooth. I have not experienced this type of service at any other dealership before. Highly recommend! I am very happy to be part of the Volvo family now!

Cannot say enough good things about our sales person, Justin. He is the nicest, most genuine car sales person I’ve ever met. He is incredibly open and transparent about expectations and pricing, making us super comfortable every step of the way. He is definitely the most knowledgeable compared to every other person we interacted with at other dealerships and we threw a lot of questions at him! We will definitely be coming back!
