Words can not express how wonderful of a purchasing experience this was. After filling in an inquiry form on Sunday morning, to finding out they were sadly closed on Sundays, I went to a different Volvo dealership to test drive a 2024 XC60 Recharge Black Edition. While on the way to the other dealership, I received a text from Vic. He was extremely responsive and did everything in his power to get me the deal I was looking for. So much so that I left the other dealership and decided to give his team the opportunity. I’d say 80% of the purchase process was via text message, which filled me with more comfort, confidence, and overall ease. Once reaching a deal, I rushed over to the dealership and to no surprise, was met with smiles, hellos, and a wonderful group of workers who you could tell love what they did. They came through with everything they promised, and zero pressure with anything more or less. If you’re looking for a Volvo, I highly recommend reaching out to the team, and especially Vic. If you’re like me and wanted to visit on a Sunday, just wait. They’re worth it.

This dealership is the REAL DEAL. I was so impressed from the moment I reached out to this dealership from 1200 miles away on a used car they had for sale. Nick Shields in the sales department responded almost instantaneously with answers to my questions, additional pictures of the vehicle, walk around vide of the car and detailed/honest assessment of any defects/scratches/dents present on the vehicle so there's no surprises when I see the vehicle in person. He was spot on... honest... accommodating and simply made buying a car from 1200 miles away as easy as possible. He even took the time to pick me up when I arrived at the airport. He was very patient with me as I had lots of questions, concerns & demands when buying a used car. He is no pressure, consultative and really exemplifies what Don Beyer Volvo of Dulles is all about. He went above and beyond the entire step of the way. He fought for me to get a great deal on a vehicle and made sure it was detailed and looking spotless when I arrived to pick it up. Hes a true professional and don't hesitate to ask for him if you want 5 star service for your vehicle purchase. Speaking of fighting for me the finance director , George Sale, put his boxing gloves on for me and very worked hard with their local lenders to make sure I got an incredible interest rate that was lower than my local credit union even with interest rates being high across the board in the car industry. I appreciate you going to bat for me George and making sure the FULL experience was superb from start to finish at Don Beyer Volvo of Dulles. Nick and George... simply put you all ROCK!!!! You both stepped up to the plate for me and after buying 30+ cars in the last 20+ years you all gave me the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership. It's been about a week since I purchased my car from Don Beyer, and I have been happy since then. Zach G was my sales consultant and he was very helpful throughout the process. I was not rushed or pressured even though it was 30 minutes before closing. He and the sales manager James worked with me on the price until we agreed and even waited almost an hour past closing when I had an issue with insurance. I hope that the Volvo I purchased will last me a long time, but when it comes time to upgrade, Don Beyer Dulles will be one of my first calls.
