I went to Fields Volvo after calling to schedule my car in. The service work was to perform recall replacement of my airbag module on my Volvo S60. They were fast, efficient and friendly. The staff were helpful in letting me know how long it would take and I was pleasantly surprised that they completed the work ahead of schedule. Thank you to the staff and management for a positive experience.
The entire process went well, The service gave me a loaner car and few weeks later my car was ready to go again. No more issues with the oil burning, even other things that not related to the oil consumption test was fixed. Happy to drive my car again, feels like a new Volvo XC60 ones again. Thanks for the service.
In total it was an okay experience. I came in for an airbag replacement recall and it took a little over 3.5 hours. Fairly normal time for an airbag, but when they were done my car had a scratch on the quarter panel. It buffed out when I polished it. In total it was a good, comfortable experience and had great service.
