This location is very organized and the facility is very accommodating. I got my 30k/3yr complimentary service done here with a couple add-on services (wheel alignment and road-force balancing), and my rep (Tony Lovins) was awesome; he took great care of me and kept me abreast of the progress of my vehicle. My only gripe is that it appears the technician that did my alignment or balancing left some deep circular blemishes/scratches on my wheels. I work hard to not hit potholes or curbs when I'm driving so to have imperfections afflicted on my vehicle at the dealership is EXTREMELY disconcerting. I had to work hard to try to buff some of them out but I still have some left. Please do better, because I'm sure car owners shouldn't expect their wheels to be damaged after every servicing. Treat the cars you're servicing like your own!
Passed by the dealership with my mom not expecting anything other than to see the vehicles and maybe test drive one. We test drove a Volvo and loved the features and everything about the car. By the end of the night, I was able to leave the dealership with a brand new car! Our sales person, Gustavo, was amazing and patient as well as everyone else in the dealership. Everyone was very attentive!
Mercedes has been historically proficient, professional, and courteous, today was no exception. Although I ran slightly late for my appointment, they were ready and patient in their explanation of my services. And on top of arriving late, I asked for a specific end time (don't judge me, life happens:), which was honored. As I waited for my vehicle, staff members consistently checked in with me.
