I purchased a new 2022 Polestar EV from the Volvo/Polestar store in December 2021. I am very happy with the purchase and the performance of the vehicle over the 31 months of ownership. I'm writing today because of the exemplary service department at the store. Several weeks ago I had an issue with the 220V charging cable for the EV. Since I'm a customer located in Sarasota, I sent a photo of the cable issue to my service advisor and was contacted recently by him, Ken Salos, and Ken checked for inventory on the item and advised that I could come to the store and swap out the soon to be defective cable. He made the offer so easy to accomplish and I always enjoy a drive to that area because of so many great food offerings. I drove there yesterday, arrived and Ken came walking out from the Service office to meet me even before I exited the car. In less than 30 minutes he had placed the new cable in my car and I was on my way to St. Petersburg for a great lunch. Thank you Ken for your friendly manner of conducting business. It remains that people like you can help maintain a positive and satisfying relationship with your customers.
