Volvo Cars Sarasota has earned every gold star of my 5-star rating! My sales associate, Rafael Sanchez, went above and beyond in his efforts to find me the XC40 of my dreams by calling numerous Volvo dealerships across Florida, then having it delivered to me on the day and time that best suited my busy schedule. Rafael carefully explained all of the incredible safety features of my new vehicle and familiarized me with the awesome voice-activated Google technology that controls most of the car's functions without your eyes ever leaving the road or your hands leaving the steering wheel. I had originally seen a certified lightly-used version of this vehicle at an out-of-town Volvo dealership, but although this car was the right color, it lacked leather seats (which I preferred) and had 4500 miles. Rafael not only found me the brand new car I wanted in the right color with leather seats, but he was also able to match the price the other dealership was offering me for a lesser, used vehicle! Talk about customer service and satisfaction! ???? I am so pleased with my great looking, peppy new Volvo...but also equally pleased with Volvo Cars Sarasota. Thank you, Rafael!

We are very pleased with our recent purchase of a new Volvo electric vehicle. Josh Hollner was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful while never having us feel pressured. We feel that pricing was fair or better. Rae Morash guided us through financing and paperwork with plentiful information, patience, and good humor. If we were not as happy as we are with our purchase, we'd say that we'll be back soon.

Buying my XC 90 was so easy. I bought it the day I saw it. I highly recommend buying the extra road service and wheel coverage. My car has 450 miles and have to get a new tire and insurance covers it. A big screw in tire from road construction. The service dept is wonderful. Finance staff is extra knowledgeable about the process of buying the car. The dealership is clean and nice to visit. Water and snacks readily available. I love my Volvo and the dealership together makes it a great team.
