And he sure did! I opted for the tire package during signing and good thing, cause these LA roads are tough. Just coming in for a look see of the xc60 mild hybrid, introduced to martin hawatmeh. So calm, friendly, accessible and generous. Didn’t try to steer us in any other direction, I drove one and loved the feel. Even tho it took 5 hours to complete the transaction, it was painless and comfortable. He guided me with my phone set up and other features, lots to learn . My husband didn’t get frustrated with process, a good thang! He’s my guy now, a new trusted friend. ????
