Fast and efficient! I had a recall that I tried to take to another dealer resulting in much runaround, failure to return calls, etc. I then called Suburban Chevrolet service department in Claremore, who said bring it on in, we'll need to check it first. I did, they checked it and said yes it did need that particular service. The appointment for repairs was very soon, and service was completed in short order. (Waiting area very nice and clean too). I will certainly go to Suburban first for any future business.

Fast friendly service. I went in for an oil change. They always inspect my car to see if any other services are needed. They answer all my questions. A little pricey, but I do appreciate their great service! They have a rewards program that comes in handy. I always use my points toward servicing my car. During this visit, they told me two filters needed replacing. They even brought the old filters out and showed me. They are very honest and their performance is excellent.
