Today, I visited the Volvo Auburn location as I had trouble accessing my information on the Volvo app. I was greeted by John, who is the service manager. Not only did he make me feel welcomed, but he worked very hard to assist me with the Volvo app as it had technical issues. I truly appreciate John and his willingness to problem solve. I not only walked away with my issue being resolved, but also satisfied with the king treatment and service I received. Love the staff there especially Hannah. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish though you didn't change the calling in feature to the service center. I don't like having to go through an outside source just to get to the service department when that is what I'm dialing I the first place I believe that this is some new. This I do not like. Just let us speak directly to them instead of going around in circles or having them email them to call us.

I recently purchased a certified used volvo and had a excellent experience. My sales person Henry K. Was awesome. He knew lots about the car and made sure I understood the different features while on the test drive. He was a great person to chat with and he seems to really care about his customers. When I took delivery of the vehicle Haley D. gave me a run down of all the electronics and set up my phone and synced all the fancy stuff. She was very nice and knew her stuff! The other people I worked with was Chris and Sean. Hope I spelled their names right. They made the signing and making the deal easy. Overall I enjoyed this experience and will be buying from them again. One of the best customer service experiences all around. Thanks team Patrick Volvo!
