This is the best Nissan. Rob Simmons is the best employee in the world. Rob was able to explain everything in detail to me about the services and maintenance required for my vehicle and the best part is there was no random surcharges or any scamming! Robert is selflessly kind and so knowledgeable about the cars and services they require. I don’t know a lot about cars and the employees at this Nissan did not take advantage of that, especially Robert. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

Was very happy with the prompt attention and wilful attitude of the staff at Bill Ray Nissan, probably “the” oldest family owned car dealership in Central Florida. All the employees have a feeling of participation and involvement in the company’s mission “we do it the right way” and success and it shows. Among all the great staff members of special mention are Zach Villalobos their service advisor, JD their sales consultant and Chris their parts department sales person who I found to be not only knowledgeable and competent about their respective jobs but caring as well, a trait I have found in short supply or even missing in other dealerships. In my limited experience in business, I have found one can only share what you possess and Bill Ray employees possess grace, goodness and respect in abundance and are content. One can feel that they are happy sharing this with their customers and it reflects in their attitude towards all customers. An irate customer was so patiently and gracefully handled at the billing desk shows that working in a high pressure environment doesn’t necessarily justify one to be mean or impatient. I wish other dealerships learn from Bill Ray Nissan ownership and their management team the art of taking care of customers, employees and being profitable; It’s not mutually exclusive! I am happy to recommend them for any work.
