2025 Mazda CX-50 2.5 S Select

I usually avoid dealership service due to the pressure to keep adding on multiple services at beyond premium cost. However, Flow Mazda is not like the other dealerships in that aspect. They’re very transparent and they actually care about your vehicle and your experience. Will definitely continue to have my car serviced here.

Flow Mazda was awesome! Dillon was our sales rep and we couldn’t be happier. We had to replace a totaled car and he helped us find the perfect fit for our family. We ended up with the CX-50 meridian edition and in only a few weeks, it has become our favorite vehicle. Dillon was available to answer questions via text, email, and calls and was really prompt with his responses. He also felt like he was more focused on selling us a car that would work for us versus just making himself a sale. Highly recommend Flow Mazda and asking for Dillon.

We could not be more pleased with the reception and help we received from Jenny Larew at Flow Mazda of Charlottesville! After my BMW was T-boned and totaled, we suddenly had to be in the market for a used car and were not terribly eager to face that process. But—from our online request to test-drive a Mazda that looked interesting to our finalizing of the financial details—we were struck by the professionalism and pleasantness of the Flow Mazda team. We especially appreciated Jenny’s knowledge of the cars and the buying process, her patience and helpfulness, and her friendliness. It was surprising and wonderful to be invited to test-drive without company (though she was so great that we are happy we invited her along) and to not face any hard selling.
