I am very happy with Mazda of Midland! I had Maykol as a salesman & he was very nice & professional. I ended up getting the 2023 cx-50 in ingot blue & I absolutely love it! Tori & Derek were also apart of this sale, everyone here made me feel like I was apart of their family!
Service center needs better appointment scheduling and service skills. Setting a a week time for a tire repair is unreal considering it takes 30 minutes to fix a tire.
I was pleasantly surprised by the experience that I had yesterday while purchasing my new Mazda CX-5! Julian & Joe were exceptional in their knowledge of the product, honesty & we’re completely aboveboard with the whole process. I loved that they, unlike other dealerships, are selling the products for the recommended MSRP, not hacking up the prices. I will be telling everyone I know to shop at Mazda of Midland.
