In June l contacted this dealership in search of an Ioniq 6 in transmission blue with a gray interior. I was referred to Thomas one of the salespeople. At the time they had no Ioniq 6's in stock but were expecting deliveries in July. Checking the list for July, they were not any expecting any cars with my preferred color scheme but Thomas assured me they could get one from another dealer. I gave him a small deposit, which was completely refundable if they didn't get the car l wanted or the deal l wanted. Mean while l was checking many Hyundai dealers up and down the front range soliciting various types of lease offers. Throughout this time l was calling Thomas asking him to work up different leasing options too, which he was happy to do despite the national car dealer software outage. Finally cars were delivered and Thomas and l worked together settling on a lease option that met my needs and the exact car l wanted! Thomas was very easy to work, diligently entertained all my questions always assuring me things would workout and they did! I would strongly recommend this dealership and Thomas Wade for anyone looking for a Hyundai! Everyone there was friendly and helpful from receptionist, Nadine, to Betty, the finance person and of course Thomas. There was never any high pressure sales tactics at all. They all wanted to make sure l was comfortable with the product and the deal!
Today I purchased a 2024 Palisade Calligraphy from Kira. From start to finish it was a pleasure. Even before we met in person she was eager to help me find the perfect car. First thing today she pulled up a demo car for me to test drive. Before we got in, she gave me a very thorough demonstration of all the features this trim has. I was most impressed by her knowledge and her enthusiasm. It was so much information I felt my head was spinning, but she knew the car inside and out without consulting any notes. It was an amazing display showing that she studies these cars, she doesn't just try to sell them. On the test drive she asked me questions to help me clarify what I wanted in a car, which was very helpful. I had already driven a different make at another dealership, and I was planning to drive two more today just for comparison purposes. I fell in love with this Palisade. I couldn't tear myself away. Kira is not your stereotypical sales person. She listened carefully to what I needed, and she worked with me until we were at the place in which I was ready to buy. She recommended a few add ons, some I included, and some I didn't. And one that I initially rejected I ended up adding - the windshield care package. I never felt pressured or rushed. Two managers welcomed me in this morning, which was nice. We did finance with Hyundai, and Betty was a lot of fun to work with. I also met Virginia in service - she has been there for a long time, and I can see why. I like knowing people don't just fly in and fly out of a service department. And here is one more thing about Kira - she is so thoughtful! After we signed our paperwork, we went out to the car, and she told me she had already set the ambient lighting color to purple - which she knew was my favorite color. So sweet! I have enjoyed the car in the 35 miles I've driven so far. But the blessing of the day was working with Kira and her associates at Phil Long Hyundai. When I left I felt like I had been among family. Thank you Kira and everyone for a most pleasant day!
David did an amazing job getting my vehicle ready to go. It was a quick turnaround for them, but all the filters were changed and detailed inside and out. There was a missing key from the previous owner, but David got right on that and within a few days had it for me. I would highly recommend David and Hyundai at Chapple Hills and the entire team!
