We had an overall good experience at Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield. They did the hard sell on warranties and bundled unnecessary stuff by default, so be vigilant. Our salesperson was great and very helpful and respected our firm "no" answers. The finance person less so. I just stopped answering his questions and he got the point. The experience definitely met my expectations when it comes to buying a car, both positive and negative.
Overall I had a positive experience with the folks at Russ Darrow Mazda. The test drive went smooth, the process of finding the vehicle I wanted and having it relocated to their location was fast, and my sales rep was knowledgeable and willing to work with me to get me the deal I needed. My only gripe was there was an error with my paperwork, so after an already lengthy process, I had to come back in and sit through it again, further extending my time there. But to their credit, they caught it right before I left so there wasn’t an inconvenience of having to travel all the way back to the dealership. Overall, I was happy and now I have my new vehicle.
