Best dealership out there. Extremely friendly and didn’t feel the need to haggle. While a lot of my talking previously was with Cindy which was a complete joy to speak to, the day of I had the pleasure of working with Lenny. When I arrived, Lenny not only opened the door for us, but also greeted us accordingly. She definitely set the tone which was great. At no point did I feel pressured or feel as if I was being taken advantage of as I did with other dealers nearby. Won’t mention any names but rhymes with devy. This is the best location, and amazing customer service! Purchased my vehicle in September 2023 and I couldn’t be more blessed. Alejandro Chacin is an amazing sales rep, who continued to take care of my car and I even after I purchased it!! He’s always readily available for questions, attentive, patient and respectful! Prior to purchasing my vehicle I visited a competitive dealer (south motors Honda)where I walked out of their sales lot crying because their sales person did not let me test drive any cars after they took one look at me and said “For what? You’re not going to buy anything anyway”. My friend recommended Ocean Mazda and thank God she did. This location and their team has a place in my heart forever.
