I have bought a lot of new cars in my lifetime and I'm here to say Cody is the best salesperson experience I have ever had. Cody is so knowledgeable and personable. Quinton and Jesse are always very helpful during service appointments. I didn’t purchase my Mazda from Serra. However, I started going there for service since the dealership I that purchased from was always short-staffed. Appointment availability at that place is terrible, but that's not the case at Serra. I can always find a time that works with my schedule. I appreciate the team at Serra and never feel like they’re trying to rip me off like other dealers.
